Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it

  • The return is requested within the return window

  • The item is not listed as final sale or non-returnable


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper assembly

  • Opened or used furniture that cannot be resold


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us through the contact form on our website with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will provide return instructions, including the return address

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error

  • If a restocking fee applies (for large or bulk orders), it will be deducted from the refund amount


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue

  • We may offer a replacement, repair, or full/partial refund depending on the situation


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if they haven’t been processed or shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible to check eligibility.
